The VRC is a technology center and teaching facility created to support the Department of Art, Graphic Design and Art History faculty and students in their academic studies and research activities. The technology center includes a Large Format Epson Printer, two Makerbot 3-D Printers, and an Epilog Laser Cutter. In addition iMac and Windows computer stations with flat bed scanners are available, as well as options for ink jet and laser printing. Our extensive audio/visual resources include: cameras, tripods and lighting systems, video and audio recorders, laptops and iPads. Art students and faculty can check out these items for class projects and documentation. Books, journals, and contemporary art periodicals are provided to support art-related course work and research.

The Visual Resource Center is funded in part by the College of Arts and Sciences Student Technical Fees; it provides resources and services exclusively to Department of Art faculty, staff and students.

The Visual Resource Center is open 8:00 - 5:00 Monday through Friday.
